What comprehensive management of property projects is

Integrated management of a real estate project means a single team runs every stage, from analysing the land to handing over the keys, with sole responsibility for cost, timing and quality. For the owner or investor, it means dealing with one point of contact instead of ten.

Which stages it covers

  • Feasibility. Market, planning and financial analysis of the project before any decision.
  • Design and licence. Coordination with architects and engineers, and handling the process until the licence is granted.
  • Contracting and construction. Choosing the contractor and monitoring progress payments, deadlines and specifications.
  • Sales and handover. Sale, title deeds and after-sales service.

Why it makes the difference

Most overruns in a development arise when it changes hands between stages: a design that does not fit the budget, a licence that is delayed or construction that nobody supervises day to day. When the same team is accountable for everything, those gaps disappear and decisions are made with the full picture.

How we do it

This is the service we provide at Vaguada, both on our own developments and for third parties. We explain it in detail in Comprehensive project management, and if you have a plot or a building in mind, let's talk.
