At Vaguada Capital we develop and manage residential projects with one clear goal: to create value that endures. We are an independent company specialising in end-to-end real estate asset management: from the analysis of the land or building to the handover of keys. Behind every project there is a team with an average of more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, refurbishment of listed buildings and management of complex projects, and leading partners in finance, construction and sales.

We manage an asset portfolio worth more than €12 million, with cumulative investment of over €20 million, at different stages of development. Each development combines a significant share of own funds with project-specific bank financing, which strengthens our independence and aligns our interests with those of our partners.
