Vaguada Capital is an independent company specialising in the end-to-end management of real estate assets. Since 2019 we have built a solid business model that combines respect for architectural heritage with agile project management, applying contemporary standards of efficiency, sustainability and profitability.

Our name sums up our brand idea: Homes, Values and Vision. We restore buildings with character and history and develop carefully designed new builds, creating homes and spaces at the service of people and families that meet today's market demands in design, energy efficiency and returns.

Although we are a young company, our team is highly qualified, with an average of over 25 years' experience in residential development, the restoration of protected buildings and the management of complex projects. To date, our activity has been entirely self-funded, which reinforces our independence and commitment to every project.

We make decisions close to where we build. We hire companies and professionals from the area around each development — from the Aljarafe, Cádiz and Huelva — because they know the ground, respond quickly and keep in the local area the value the works generate. We prefer many well-coordinated SMEs to a single large contractor, and we keep a direct relationship with the town councils and the neighbours of each district. What can be solved on site is solved on site.

Before putting up a new building, we look at whether the existing one is worth saving. Restoring a building with history — as we are doing today at Muñoz Seca and Casa Párroco — saves materials, energy and land, and gives back to the city a heritage that was already its own. In new builds we apply energy-efficiency criteria to the building envelope, windows and doors, and installations, and we choose durable materials that age well. Caring for our surroundings is caring for our common home, including for those who will come after us.
