Today we are launching the new Vaguada Capital website. We designed it so that anyone who comes to us — buyer, investor or shareholder — can find what they need without intermediaries and with the same clarity with which we work.
Our motto is The value that endures. It stems from the way we work: with people at the centre, with integrity and with work done well, as we explain in our values. For us, a home is not a product that is handed over and forgotten: it is an asset that must still make sense ten or twenty years from now. We wanted the website to convey that.
What you will find
- All our developments, with their actual status. Each listing shows whether it is on sale, under construction, completed or at project stage, with its location, video and, where available, the price. We currently have the last homes for sale at Edificio Nuestra Señora and Edificio Galicia, in Cerro del Águila, Seville.
- In Spanish, English and Portuguese. Portuguese accompanies our expansion beyond Seville. In Huelva we are preparing Bella Beach, in Lepe, a few kilometres from the Algarve. In Pontevedra, Residencial Santiago Apóstol, in Sanxenxo, together with Agea Studio, in the Rías Baixas and close to northern Portugal. In both markets Portuguese buyers are common, and we want to serve them in their own language.
- Information for investors. In Investment we explain how we structure each development. We combine a significant share of equity with bank financing, so as not to depend on credit and to protect our partners' capital.
- Private areas for clients and shareholders. Each can access their documents from Customer Access and Access for Shareholders.

From 1 November, this space will regularly cover the progress of our developments and our reading of the market, from Seville to the Rías Baixas.
