San Juan de Dios Building

This five-residences development consists of fully rehabilitating an existing building located at Cádiz’s core.

The location could not be better: ,by the city hall, the cathedral, the Roman theatre, and the Arco de los Blanco.

It is a Historical Protected Patrimonial building. The project maintains the backyards creating new spaces with a residential program adjusted to current demands.

Each of the five residential units accounts for one of the floors. The top one is a duplex with a private terrace from which to enjoy the spectacular views of the city and the sea.
