This development is in Seville’s historical center, inside the old medieval walls and just a few meters away from the historical center.
The building is located 10 mins away from the Palacio de las Dueñas (Dueñas´ Palace) and Las Setas de la Encarnación (The Mushroom Iconic Building), by Ronda de Capuchinos and only 15 mins away by foot from the Santa Justa train Station connecting to other means of public transportation.
The intervention means rehabilitating the existing building while partially preserving the original structure, allowing for a new image of the main facade. The backend of the building will go through partial demolitions and new construction works.
The project accounts for two commercial spaces on the ground floor and ten residential apartments. Six of the apartments are studios with spacious living-room, kitchen, dining room areas. The remaining four are one- and two-bedroom apartments. Many of the apartments have a private terrace which allows for a jacuzzi.
The building will count with a solarium and swimming pool area to be shared by the residents.
