This exclusive design villa is in Urbanización la Juliana de Bollullos de la Mitación (Sevilla), in a unique nature area surrounded by pine trees and hoalm oaks.
Its exclusive location is near urban facilities such as the San Juan de Dios de Bormujos Hospital or the Vithas Sevilla Castilleja de la Cuesta Hospital, various golf clubs (Club Las Minas Golf Aznalcázar) and schools (British School of Seville).
The urbanization accounts for maximum privacy: access control, 24/7 security, etc.
The villa has been designed with exquisite attention to detail. Our aim was a connection and integration with the outdoors blending quality and design.
The large living-dining room has outdoor views and is separated from the kitchen by flown step stairs to the first floor. Said floor has four bedrooms, two of which have integrated bathrooms. The remining two bedrooms share a third bathroom.
